De acordo com Jamiel Spezia, coordenador do projeto, "foram implementadas novas opções para a geração de documentos do OpenOffice; isso permite uma maior flexibilidade para a geração de relatórios, por exemplo". A biblioteca API do sistema também teve significativas alterações: "agora, o Agata API permite que o usuário forneça os dados para o Agata gerar o arquivo do OpenOffice, sem que haja a necessidade de criar o SQL", salienta Spezia.
